A friend of mine shared this video (see link below) the other day of her friend who had contracted COVID-19 (it is probably my closest connection to someone having experienced this).

It is quite alarming to hear of what this fit, healthy person has gone through and will continue to go through for some time yet. It is a timely reminder for us to appreciate the nature of this beast of a virus, how damaging/fatal it can be and how we need to remain vigilant.
Maintain your handwashing/cleaning regimes and continue with your contact tracing.
